The Umbergaon Jobs ("we", "us", "our") connects local factories with job seekers. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
From job seekers: name, email, phone number, city/area, skills, education, experience, expected salary, profile photo, and resume, if uploaded.
From factories: factory name, owner/HR name, email, phone number, address, industry type, and business verification documents (e.g. GST certificate), if uploaded.

Job seeker profiles (name, skills, experience, area, contact number) are visible to registered factories. Contact details are only shown to factories that are logged in. Factory job posts and business details are visible to all visitors, since job listings are public by nature.
Your data is stored on our servers with password hashing (we never store plain-text passwords) and standard security practices. Resumes and documents are stored privately and are not publicly browsable.
You can update or delete your profile information at any time by logging in. To fully delete your account, contact us using the details on our Contact Us page.
We use basic session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
